An aromatic, cool climate Sauvignon from Northern Italy. This wine has a lovely ripe nose of gooseberry, white peach and grapefruit. Dry in style with a refreshing acidity, the palate has a silky mouthfeel with flavours of cut grass, citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon and ripe peaches.
Very good as an aperitif or served with asparagus or a goats cheese salad.

This is Pinot Grigio as its supposed to be! Highly aromatic with notes of white blossom, peaches and pineapple. The palate is dry with a creamy texture and flavours of stone fruits, apples, melon and pears. A racy acidity gives this wine a very fresh character and the ripe fruit flavours linger on the finish.
This wine is an excellent accompaniment to fish, seafood and mushroom dishes such as risotto.

This Chardonnay is an extraordinarily well-loved white wine with a green-yellow colour and a delicately fruity nose. The palate has a lovely weight in the palate with notes of ripe peach, bruised apple and a subtle floral note, perfectly complemented by a fresh citurs acidity and a long, clean finish.
Serve with chicken dishes or mushroom risotto.
