This Sauvignon Blanc is made like normal wine with the alcohol extracted in an innovative way to retain the classic characters of the wine. It is pale yellow in colour, with a bright floral nose and citrus character. On the palate the fruit is fresh and juicy with notes of lemon and clementine with juicy apples balanced with a crisp acidity.
Tapas, appetizers and starters, soft cheeses, and nuts. Its particular flavour is a good pairing to fish and seafood, smoked salads, rice and vegetables.
