Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
The sweet-smelling elderfloweres are harvested when they are at their most aromatic, dried and transported to Piemonte where they are infused in alcohol with fresh mint leaves and lemon peel to make Fiorente Liqueur.
Produced by the experts at Francoli Distillery, whose family have been handcrafting spirits since 1875, Fiorente is vibrant in colour and delightfully floral, with a perfect balance for serving with Prosecco or in a cocktail...

Fratello Liqueur
A luscious hazelnut liqueur sweetened by local Piemonte honey
Produced by the Francoli Distillery in Italy's beautiful Lake District of Piemonte, Fratello is made from toasted hazelnuts and infusions of cocoa, Madagascan vanilla berries and elderflowers harvested in the slopes of the nearby Alps. The ingredient that sets Fratello firmly aside from the competition is the award-winning acacia honey, produced by bees on the local hillsides.

Pineau des Charantes Cognac 17%
Pineau des Charentes is the sweet, strong 'Vin de Liqueur' of the Charentais (Cognac) region of western France. It is made by adding Cognac eau-de-vie from the previous year's distillation (or older) to fresh grape must of the current vintage.
By law, the must is required to be freshly harvested (although it may have undergone a partial fermentation) and the Cognac must have an alcohol content of at least 60%. The resulting mixture has an alcoholic strength of 16–22% and a sugar content of at least 125g/L. Because the must remains essentially unfermented, it retains all of its 'grapey' flavors and – ideally – the varietal characteristics of the grapes used, which develop over time.

Royal Oporto 10 year old Tawny Port
This superb 10 Year Old Tawny Port, patiently aged in selected old oak cascs, is a classic example of the Company?s style of blending. During its ageing process, its young characteristics of fruit aromas and flavours begin to dissapear and are replaced by subtile, mellow notes where it is possible to predict reminiscences of spice, nuts, licorice, vanilla and fruit jam.

Royal Oporto Extra Dry White is an alternative style of Port for its crisp dry character, result of a late interruption in fermentation, when there are hardly any sugars left.
It is made from traditional Douro white varieties and aged in oak vats for a period of 3 years. Production techniques are similar to those used for other Ports, however, for this style, it is fermented for longer than usual to ensure its crisp, dry character.
Extra Dry White Port is highly appreciated as an apperitif. We recommend it to be served chilled and partnered, for example, with olives and roasted almonds. An alternative option, for a sophysticated drink, is its perfect match with Tonic Water, ice and a twist of orange peel.

Fino Sherry is the lightest, driest style made under the Sherry DO of southern Spain, along with its counterpart Manzanilla. It is one of the most famous categories of Sherry and is made with the help of flor – a kind of yeast that covers the maturing wine, giving it the idiosyncratic flavor it is famous for
