Weinhaus Schloss Koblenz Bläufrankisch 2013
Probably the most unusual red ever!!
Full of fruit from the grape variety local to Matra, 'bläufrankisch', produced in a medium bodied sweet style, at 11% ABV.
Bläufrankisch is an interesting variety, which is known as the 'Pinot Noir of the east' due to the rich, jammy mouthfeel and slightly spicy nature of the grape. Perfect with grilled foods such as lamb and hot Indian dishes when chilled.

Dr Loosen Estate Riesling Mosel 2013
This is a classic Riesling from the Mosel, characterised by a frangrant nose with a hint of honey and green apricot fruit. A blast of fruit on the initial palate gives way to intense minerality and crisp acidity, which was the signature of the 2010 vintage.
The cool climate of the Mosel is also the ideal setting for creating low alcohol wines and this Riesling is a great example; with just 7.5% alcohol.
The perfect aperitif wine or as an accompaniement to spicy Asian cuisine.

Price Per Bottle £11.99

Louis Guntrum Dornfelder Lieblich Rheinhessen 2013
This Dornfelder has a touch of sweetness on the back of the palate that is allied with the smoothness of a Pinot Noir or Merlot. The aromas are of dark fruit, especially blackberries, and the taste has a lot of forward fruit and soft velvety textures that seem to linger forever
